Job Description  

G2 Group require a Sales Executive to join their UK sales team. The successful candidate will be a self-motivated, focused and an enthusiastic individual with a proven track record with experience within the games industry/and or knowledge of the games market.

The Role
The role will primarily to generate business by opening new accounts across the UK and maintaining good relationships with current business partners.

To build and manage client relationships that enables the company to grow accounts on a long term basis.
To prepare sales plans, and adhere to product sales strategies set by Sales Director.

     
   

The Person
Ideal candidate will have 2+ years of sales experience in the technology/games sector.

Must possess refined communication and presentation skills.
Strong understanding and experience with the Internet, Websites, Online Networks, ISPs.
4 Year Degree preferred, but not required. Experience, demonstrated sales abilities, and contacts are key.

Job Description   G2 Games is seeking an administrator. This individual will support managers and departments, involving tasks such as
word-processing, scheduling, travel arrangements, organizing meetings and various other duties as required. It is essential that the candidate be able to prioritize, communicate well, is patient and works well under pressure. More importantly, you have an ability to deal with all levels of personnel in a courteous and efficient manner and exercise discretion on very confidential matters.
     
   

Required Skills:

  • Provide administrative support to a team various teams, handling sensitive and confidential matters relating to the daily activity of the HR department.
  • Schedule on a daily basis, including scheduling meetings, booking rooms, travel arrangements, arranging conference calls while maintaining departmental daily operational workflow.
  • Researching and compiling data and information in various formats.
  • Draft and/or proof read reports, letters, presentations, spreadsheets, charts, and graphs utilizing Microsoft Office products; requires exceptional PowerPoint,
    Word, Excel, Outlook, etc…
  • Reception responsibilities
  • Maintaining/updating designated files and record systems, typically using moderately complex computerized systems.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly reports and ensuring that these reports are maintained.
  • Shipping & receiving
  • Coordinate the preparation and/or circulation of a variety of departmental reports.
  • Administer and submit expense reports and invoices.
  • Order office supplies for all departmental staff.
    Provide general support to the managers in the departments.
  • Administrative or other duties as delegated by the leadership team.

Desired:

  • Minimum Post-Secondary education in an administrative or business-related discipline preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in assistance and support position.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, and communication skills (both verbal and written) are required.
  • Excellent keyboarding skills.
  • Knowledge of file management and data entry/retrieval systems.
  • Excellent time management, and prioritization skills including the ability to multi-task.
  • Advanced knowledge working with Microsoft Office - Word 6.0, PowerPoint, Excel, MS Project, Outlook: Electronic Mail, and other office automation equipment
    Extremely high level of attention to detail and excellent follow-up skills.
